tk885 Responsible Gaming — Play Smart, Stay Safe

tk885 is built on the principle that gambling is a form of entertainment — not a way to make money, solve financial problems, or escape from difficulties in everyday life. We take our responsibility to Bangladeshi players seriously. Every tk885 account comes with a full suite of responsible gaming tools that you can activate at any time, free of charge, directly through your account settings.

Whether you are a casual player enjoying a few cricket bets during the BPL season, or a regular slots enthusiast, our responsible gaming framework is designed to make sure your experience at tk885 stays positive, affordable and under your control. We encourage all players to use these tools proactively — you do not need to be experiencing a problem to benefit from setting personal limits.

Setting a deposit limit is one of the most effective ways to make sure gambling stays within your personal budget. At tk885, you can set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum of 7 days, giving you time to reflect before raising your cap.

• Daily limit: restricts the total amount you can deposit in any 24-hour period, calculated from midnight Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
• Weekly limit: sets a cap on total deposits across any rolling 7-day window.
• Monthly limit: provides a longer-term guardrail covering any rolling 30-day period.
• Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 7-day cooling-off period before the higher limit is applied.

To set or adjust your deposit limit, log in to your tk885 account, navigate to Account Settings and select the Responsible Gaming section. If you need assistance, contact our support team and we will help you put the right limits in place.

If you feel you need a short break from gambling without committing to a full self-exclusion, a time-out gives you breathing room. Available time-out durations at tk885:

• 24-hour time-out: a single day away from the platform. Effective immediately and cannot be cancelled early.
• 7-day time-out: one week away, effective immediately. Useful if you feel gambling is taking up too much of your time or energy.
• 30-day time-out: a full month's break. At the end of the 30 days, your account is automatically reactivated unless you have chosen to extend the time-out or move to self-exclusion.

To activate a time-out, contact tk885 support or use the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings. Time-out requests are processed immediately — you will be logged out of any active session as soon as the time-out is applied.

Self-exclusion is for players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem in their life and want to take a firm, structured break. Unlike a time-out, self-exclusion cannot be reversed early — it is a commitment to stop gambling for a defined period. tk885 supports self-exclusion fully and will process all requests within two hours of receipt. Self-exclusion options at tk885:

• 30-day self-exclusion: the minimum period. Your account is fully suspended and no deposits, withdrawals or logins are permitted.
• 3-month, 6-month and 1-year self-exclusion: suitable for players who want a firm medium-term break. Any promotional communications from tk885 will be suppressed for the entire exclusion period.
• 5-year self-exclusion: for players who want the longest structured exclusion period short of permanent. After 5 years, reactivation requires a deliberate request and a cooling-off review.
• Permanent self-exclusion: closes your account with no possibility of reactivation. Any balance remaining at the time of exclusion will be returned to you after all open bets are settled, subject to identity verification.

To request self-exclusion, contact tk885 customer support by email at [email protected]. Include your full name, registered email address and your preferred exclusion period. Our team will confirm your self-exclusion within two hours and send a written confirmation to your registered email address.

Problem gambling can develop gradually and is not always easy to recognise in yourself. The following warning signs may indicate that gambling is becoming a problem rather than a pastime:

If you recognise any of these signs in your own behaviour, please do not hesitate to reach out to tk885 support or to use any of the responsible gaming tools described on this page. There is no shame in asking for help — taking action early is the strongest thing you can do.

The following habits can help you maintain a healthy relationship with gambling and ensure it stays a source of entertainment rather than stress:

• Set a fixed entertainment budget for gambling each month and stick to it — treat it the same way you would a cinema ticket or a meal out.
• Never gamble with money that is set aside for rent, bills, groceries or other essential expenses.
• Take regular breaks during a session — step away from the screen for at least 10 minutes every hour.
• Only gamble when you are in a calm, positive mental state — avoid gambling when you are stressed, tired, upset or under the influence of alcohol.
• Remember that wins are never guaranteed — all casino games and sports bets carry inherent variance. Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose entirely.
• Review your activity history in your tk885 account dashboard regularly — seeing your actual deposit and loss totals in black and white can be a powerful reality check.

If you are concerned that gambling is negatively affecting your life, the most important step is to reach out for support. You do not need to be in crisis — talking to someone early makes a real difference. The following resources are available to you:

tk885 is a strictly adults-only platform for players aged 21 and above. We take the protection of minors extremely seriously. If you share a device with younger family members or children, we strongly recommend using your device's built-in parental control features to restrict access to gambling websites. Most Android and iOS devices have screen time and app restriction settings that can be configured by a parent or guardian to block access to gambling-related content.

If you believe a minor has accessed or registered an account on tk885, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate promptly, suspend the account and refund any deposits made, subject to identity verification. Protecting young people from gambling harm is a responsibility we share with parents, guardians and the wider community.
