tk885 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the tk885 website, mobile platform, games, betting services and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by tk885 and is made available to eligible players in Bangladesh. tk885 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If a player is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any winnings accrued during the period of underage play will be forfeited. tk885 may report underage gambling activity to the appropriate authorities.

Each individual may register only one account on the tk885 Platform. Registration requires the provision of accurate, current and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number capable of receiving bKash or Nagad transactions. You are required to keep your registration information up to date at all times.

• You must choose a strong, unique password for your tk885 account and must not share it with any third party.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.

• tk885 will never ask you for your password. Any communication claiming to be from tk885 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

tk885 reserves the right to carry out KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any point during a player's use of the Platform. This may include requesting a copy of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or evidence of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until the verification is satisfactorily completed.

tk885 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via approved payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon successful transaction confirmation. All deposit and withdrawal transactions are processed at the face value in Bangladeshi Taka with no currency conversion applied by tk885.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and will be displayed in the withdrawal interface.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account that belongs to the registered account holder. tk885 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts.

• tk885 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification or in cases where suspicious transaction activity has been identified.

tk885 does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals processed via bKash, Nagad or Rocket. International card withdrawals may be subject to fees imposed by the card network or the player's bank, over which tk885 has no control. Any such fees are the responsibility of the player.

tk885 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions and seasonal offers at its sole discretion. The specific terms applicable to each promotion — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, expiry periods and maximum withdrawal limits from bonus funds — are published alongside each promotion at the time it is offered. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail.

• Bonuses are issued to a single registered account per household, device and IP address.
• tk885 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus, promotion or offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value unless the wagering requirement has been completed.
• If tk885 suspects that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith or in breach of these Terms, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk885 Platform and constitute material breach of this Agreement:

• Registering multiple accounts or assisting another person in registering an account for the purpose of obtaining additional bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using any software, algorithm, bot, artificial intelligence tool, or other automated means to gain an unfair advantage in any game, bet, or promotion offered on the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Providing false or misleading registration information or misrepresenting your identity for any purpose on the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit any technical error, system malfunction, or vulnerability in the Platform's games or payment systems.

tk885 employs fraud detection and account monitoring systems. Where prohibited activity is detected, tk885 may take immediate action including suspension of access to the account, cancellation of all pending bets and withdrawal requests, and permanent closure of the account. Funds held in accounts closed for breach of these prohibited activity rules will be forfeited in their entirety.

tk885 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. The Platform is intended to provide entertainment, and tk885 takes seriously its obligation to help players who may be experiencing difficulties with their gambling habits. All players are strongly encouraged to set personal deposit limits, loss limits and session time limits through the account management section of the Platform. These limits take effect immediately once set and cannot be reduced below their current value without a mandatory cooling-off period.

Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use the self-exclusion feature available in the account settings. tk885 does not warrant that the Platform will operate without interruption or error, that any defect will be corrected, or that the Platform is free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While tk885 takes all reasonable steps to ensure the Platform is available around the clock, temporary downtime for maintenance, security updates or events outside tk885's control (including internet outages, power failures and acts of god) does not constitute a breach of these Terms and tk885 shall not be liable for any loss arising from such downtime.

tk885 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, tk885 will update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page. Where tk885 considers changes to be material, it may additionally notify registered players via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically regardless of whether a notification has been sent.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and, if you wish, request closure of your account by contacting tk885 customer support. Your account balance at the time of closure will be returned to you subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and verification procedures.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall in the first instance be submitted to tk885 customer support for resolution. tk885 is committed to resolving player disputes promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally through customer support within a reasonable period, the parties agree to attempt mediation in good faith before pursuing any other remedy. Nothing in this clause limits tk885's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate business interests.
